Home Buyer Tax Credit Extended!

The Federal government has extended the homebuyer tax credit incentive through April 2010! All home buyers, first-time and current home owners, may qualify for up to a $8,000 tax credit when they close by June 30th.

In addition to extending the deadline for home purchases, the tax credit has been expanded to include current homeowners and families of different income levels.
